Several years ago I went scuba diving in the Cayman Islands. On a recent trip to Puerto Rico, I hiked in the rainforest El Yunce. Teaming with life, diversity of nature was nothing short of amazing! These experiences, along with many others in different parts of the world especially here in California changed my existing love of nature into a deep concern, to preserve and protect mother earth. As I started to support environmental organizations, I was compelled to glorify nature through my artwork. Although most of my work is stylized, experiences in nature inspired me to create these images in a realistic style. What a glorious world we live in and how much responsibility we have to preserve its beauty and magic.
